We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to make a return:

Request a return: Email us at obsessedartbyanne@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. State the reason for the return. If you receive a damaged item, contact us via email for assistance.

Package your item: Make sure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging.

Ship your item: Place the return shipping label on the package and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the return to be processed, plus additional time for the refund to post, depending on your financial institution's policies.
Non-refundable items:

List of items included but not limited to are final sales, such as personalized items, special purchase items a.k.a. one-of-a-kind items, etc.
Shipping costs:

We will provide you with a return label on damaged returns at no cost.
